There is going to be a rocket launching in April 2008. Some fellow cultists have expressed interest in learning to make rockets. The LFRA (Lemurian Flying Rocket Association / "Light Fuse Run Away") is considering accepting an elite and limited number of applications for training in March. Students will be expected to meet most of their own expenses, which should be well under $50 from conception to launch. No payment to the LFRA is expected. A good deal of inactivity is involved in the activity of rocketry to allow glue and paint to dry. Therefore other components of the LFRA space program (video, eating, walks, etc.) will likely co-occur. If you are interested, comment at pdxocculture.com.
