PDX0 at Playa de Maya?

PDX Occulture has the opportunity to present our wheel of thought systems at the upcoming Playa de Maya event at the Watershed. It was agreed upon during discussions in the smoky back room at the Hawthorne Hideaway last night that it would be best to present it as the Wheel of Cults.
So, our first step is to decide our list of 16 cults. I had originally envisioned this project for the Magickal Winter Weekend, but I dropped the ball on that. I had planned on including only defunct sex and/or death cults (plus PDX0) in order to avoid the potential hassle of having to spend 2 hours listening to some Ramtha person explain why they're not a cult.
This might not be such an issue at Playa de Maya (hell, maybe we should include "Burning Man" as one of the cults?). None the less, it might be fun to keep it limited to the old guard of sex and death. What do you think?
Possible list:
People's Temple
Manson Family
The Process
Branch Dividians
Heavensgate
Aum Shinrikyo
Portland Occulture
The Source
Symbionese Liberation Army
Kerista
Rajneesh
Order of the Solar Temple
Temple of Psychic Youth
Orida
Synanon
Spiritualists
Lords Resistance
Scientology
Followers of Christ Church
Ramtha School of Enlightenment
13 Moon
Feel free to suggest more, tell us which you think should not be included, and which you think definitely should.
(we'll start a separate thread to assign specific write-ups, for right now let's just talk about what to include)

OK, just confirmed that
OK, just confirmed that we're gonna be there. We don't have to worry too much about staffing it, though I'm sure having some of us there would be good.
Here's my suggestion for the 16:
People's Temple
Manson Family
The Process
Branch Dividians
Heavensgate
Aum Shinrikyo
Portland Occulture
The Source
Kerista
Rajneesh
Order of the Solar Temple
Synanon
Burning Man
Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
Church of Scientology
Followers of Christ Church
I say we base the Burning Man write-up on Wicker Man.
I like sticking to sex and
I like sticking to sex and death. We might consider the FLDS (polygamists in the news). I also like including Burning Man, especially if our write-up is flagrantly wrong. In a funny manner, at least.
I like the SLA, but I don't think they really fit. Maybe we should save them for the Wheel of Home-Grown Terrorists.
Rajneeshis are good- there's biological warfare and a local angle.
I'm having a hard time knowing how to write up activities for some of these, though. Maybe we should talk in the smoky room next week about altering the format a bit.
Can we have this list nailed down by next meetup, so we'll have two solid weeks to get all the materials together?
I checked the wheel today, and it's mechanically sound. I'll do an inventory of how much crap we have tomorrow.

I used to know the Baha'i Under the blah blah. I hung out at their messiah's house, although he was out of town.
Missoula
Yeah, the Missoula schism of Baha'i. I thought for the longest time that they were the real thing.
And the OTO ;)
And the OTO ;)
Well....
Yeah, it looked like you were going for a different kind of cult though ;) Solar Lodge perhaps!
